These Terms govern your use of Vistriqo (the “Service”), a digital business card product operated by Vistriqo Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Vistriqo lets you create, customise and share a digital business card via a link and QR code.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you add. You must be at least 18 years old.

Plans, billing & renewal

• Paid plans (Base, Premium, Premium Plus) are billed monthly in INR through our payment provider, Razorpay, using UPI AutoPay.
• Base includes a 1-month free trial; unless you cancel during the trial, it converts to a paid subscription at ₹49/month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle until cancelled. Enterprise plans are billed by invoice.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or to violate others’ rights.

Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you add and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Service. The Vistriqo name, software and design are our property.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, India.
